In 2009, the country's economy is facing many difficulties due to economic crisis in the world. Party and government have many solutions to stop the decline in growth, respect macroeconomic stability and ensure social security and has issued economic policy, financial and implementation mechanisms interest rate support to suit each stage of business to promote, maintain employment and ensure stable growth.

Fully aware of the factors affecting the business and development unit, in the first year the Corporation has specific measures, practical business plan for implementation in 2009. Thanks to the leadership of the Party Committee of TCT correct, the close direction of the Board, the Executive Board's aggressive CEO and efforts, the efforts of staff in the unit and in 2009 they should TCT we have made in excess of the targets set:

- Total value of business: 20 870 billion plan by 102% in 2009 and increased 13% compared to 2008.

- Sales reached 18,715 billion plan by 110% and 21% in 2009 compared to 2008.

- The State budget remittances reached 1452 billion plan by 182% in 2008 and increased 99% compared to 2008.

- The net profit reached 228% by 2055 billion in 2009 and plans to increase 154% compared to 2008.

- Average income of CBCVN at 4.23 million per month by 118% in 2009 and plans to increase by 27% compared to 2008.

Results obtained in 2009 showed that the Corporation's business growth, business efficiency is very high, making sure staff are positive, responsible for implementation of the State and to society; World and Corporation's resources continue to be confirmed, creating a solid foundation for the building Industry Group to build the Vietnam.

The lessons drawn from the actual business of the Corporation in 2009 are:

- Appreciate the objective situation and subjective.
- Develop a full business plan and reasonable.
- To organize, direct, decisive executive.
- Regular inspection and assessment, timely handling of situations.
- Gather the strength and collective will to complete the task together.

Entering 2010, the world economy and the country has shown signs of recovery but still solid. For our country, this is the final year implementation plan of economic development - Social five years (2006-2010), was conducted in Congress at all levels and has many major anniversaries. Dominant ideology of the government operating as macroeconomic stability, focusing all resources for economic development to ensure high quality and good social security, to prevent high inflation again. < br />
Fully grasp the spirit of guidance of the Prime Minister, this year's Song Da Corporation will:

1 - maximum mobilization of all resources, focusing all of production to ensure the fulfillment of economic targets set out with the quality and efficiency.
2 - Early stable organization and operation of the Group, to build development strategies as a basis for implementation.
3 - To prepare all the conditions for the successful organization of the Congress Party Group and the Tenth Congress of the Party base.
